  • Photo -1    April 27, 2002 I have finally opened the boxes and am now beginning construction.

  • Photo -2   The Elevator Servo cut-out was lowered 3/16" to allow the use of 1 1/4" servo arm NOTE:Rudder cut out filled in

  • Photo -3,4   A 1/8" Lite Ply plate with a 1/4" plywood block was added to the inside bottom of the fuse to accomidate the mounting of the tail wheel

  • Photo -5,6   Cowl attatchment is done similar to a Carden, with a ply ring glued inside the cowl which butts up to hardwood blocks glued to the front former
  • Photo -7   All control surfaces hinged

  • Photo -8   Motor box sides were severely warped. Used ammonia (Windex) and weights for 2 days to straighten

  • Photo -9   I built the Right Thrust into the motor box / firewall, so the pre-installed 3/8" balsa was not at the correct anglel I will re-add the balsa when the motor box top and bottom are installed

  • Photo -10    Firewall is epoxied in and clamped
